Shipment
When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 2 - 5 days to process an order, after which it is shipped.
Delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:
● Europe: 2 - 5 working days
● USA: 3 - 4 business days
● Australia: 2 - 14 working days
● Japan: 4 - 8 working days
● International: 10 - 20 working days
It is difficult to predict the exact shipping times. We work with an international partner for production and processing who operates a large number of production facilities. Your order is always forwarded to the nearest production facility and shipped from there.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand company that places orders with facilities on
all over the world!
Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
International orders may incur an additional duty and tax fee. This fee is beyond our control and is determined by the local customs office. Customs policies vary from country to country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they will impose duties and taxes on your purchases.
My order should have been here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before you contact us, please help us by doing the following:
● Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
● Check with your local post office to see if the package is there.
Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them. If the delivery address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or your neighbor, contact us at urbanrawshirts@gmail.com with your order number.

Orders
How are the products created?
We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper. They have locations all over the world. Depending on where you are, orders will be fulfilled and shipped by the facility that can do this most efficiently! Tip: Check out Printful's production footage to see how we create specific products.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, please email us at urbanrawshirts@gmail.com.
I received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please send us an email within one week with photos of the damaged product, the order number and any other details you have about your order to urbanrawshirts@gmail.com. We will send you a solution as soon as possible!
Returns / Right of withdrawal
What is your return policy?
We work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered. To avoid unnecessary overproduction, I ask you to think about the environment and not order unnecessary products.
If there is anything wrong with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Please let us know if there is anything wrong with the order or you are dissatisfied by contacting us at urbanrawshirts@gmail.com!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds will only be offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact our customer service team at urbanrawshirts@gmail.com with photos of the incorrect/damaged items and we will resolve it.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered. To avoid unnecessary production of items, check out our size charts to check which size fits. We have one for every item in our store in the product description.
While rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please notify us at urbanrawshirts@gmail.com within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will send you a new one or refund your purchase price.
